Who we are
NowGentic Ltd ("NowGentic", "we", "us") is a ServiceNow consulting partner. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about anything here can go to hello@nowgentic.com.
What we collect
Assessment form. When you request an AI readiness assessment we collect your name, work email, company, and anything you tell us about your ServiceNow environment. We use this to prepare and deliver the assessment you asked for.
Email. If you write to hello@nowgentic.com, we keep the correspondence.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, which we use for security and to limit abusive form submissions. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes limited technical signals to tell people from bots.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to you: to write the assessment, answer your question, or schedule a conversation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Information submitted through this website is not used to train any AI model.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third party ad tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie strictly to verify that you are human when you submit the form.
Where your information lives
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to our company email and handled by the two founders. We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows from it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@nowgentic.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and nothing in this policy limits them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the page itself.
