Discover
A workshop with your platform owner and the people who know the process, at a fixed $7,500 per app. We capture how each app should work, who uses it, and why. You leave with a prioritized backlog, a signed build spec, and a fixed quote, whether or not you build with us. Go ahead within 30 days and the full $7,500 comes off the build.
Build
We deliver the app with AI driven development, guided by our ServiceNow engineers. Every change is tested and reviewed. Your product owner signs off on how the app works, not just on the code.
Carry forward
We hand over the app, the documentation, and a runbook, and get your team running it. Optional ongoing support keeps your apps working through every ServiceNow upgrade.

FAQs
What do you build?
Custom ServiceNow apps and the AI agents that run inside them. Standalone scoped apps, or apps on top of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and the other products you already run. We do not convert the rest of your instance to do it.
What does it cost?
Discover is $7,500 per app, fixed. If you go ahead within 30 days, the full $7,500 comes off the build. The build is a fixed fee too, set in Discover before any work starts, and you keep the backlog, spec, and quote either way.
What do you need from us?
A product owner who can decide how the app should work, time with the people who use the process today, and access to a development instance. Discover also checks your App Engine or Creator Workflows licenses, so there are no surprises later.
Where does our data go?
Agents run in our controlled environment against non production instances, with scoped credentials. No customer data trains any model. Data handling is documented per engagement before kickoff.
Who is accountable for the code?
A named senior architect approves every change set. Agent output is reviewed, versioned, and tested before it moves toward production, the same as any software team.
How do we take it over?
Everything ships as code in your repository with tests, documentation, and a runbook, and we train your team to run it. No dependency on us to keep it working. Ongoing support is there if you want it.
